Please ensure that the following documents / information handy, for registering the correct information required to process of your claim
In case you do not have the under mentioned details at this time, we strongly suggest you to register claim only when you have them handy, as incorrect and incomplete registrations may delay processing of your claim / result in rejection of your claim.
-Copy of purchase invoice, for the product you intend to register
-Original bar coded product serial no. label (this is pasted on the cardboard packaging of your notebook)
-Your correct postal pin code and complete address with mobile/landline number
Note: A customer is entitled only for a single redemption on purchase of a notebook, in-case a customer is claiming more than one gift, the claim will get rejected and all relevant documents will be returned to the claimant. No further communication will be entertained in this regard.
During claim registration
Registered address: This is the address where we despatch your gift to; hence, register your detailed address with some landmark, which can be helpful to locate your address
Registered contact details: All alerts and notifications with regard to your claim are sent via SMS alert and Email; you may not get the updates and important information on your claim if there are any errors in email and mobile number as registered by you
Important note: If you are registering the claim on behalf of someone, please do not register your contact details but of the person on whose behalf you are registering claim
Correct postal pin code: PIN code, helps us identify the correct courier carrier that serves your address. It is important that you provide us with a correct pin code for your registered address; absence of correct Pin Code shall delay the delivery of your gift
Important Note: Same city/town may have different Pin Codes, they are designated as per the post office that serves your address, and it is very much possible that address across street from your address has a different pin code, than yours hence, kindly take a minute to locate your correct pin code.
Product Serial Number and Copy of Invoice: Register product serial number only as per the ORIGINAL BAR CODED product serial number label, which can be found on the packaging box of notebook.
General Terms and Conditions of the offer
Please allow 2 weeks time after receiving the required documents at HP Redemption Cell to process and send your gift.
The goods/services will be offered by designated respective companies referred as the service provider entities (SPEs). The goods/services or the document provided by HP will have the details of the SPEs who are providing/will provide the concerned goods/services. SPEs shall be solely responsible for the quality, quantity, delivery service, suitability, authenticity, merchantability or availability of the goods/services. HP does not hold any warranty or make any representation of the delivery, quality, authenticity, merchantability or suitability of the goods/services as may be offered under the offer.
Customer after due registration and receiving the goods/documents shall contact the designated SPE for all further details. SPEs shall be solely liable for all/any representations/ warranties/ communications made to the Eligible HP Customers after receipt of the goods/ documents from HP.
The Eligible HP customers hereby agree and undertake not to hold HP and/or or any of their group entities or affiliates, their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, vendors, responsible for or liable for, any actions, claims, demands, losses, damages, costs, charges and expenses that you may/might have suffered, sustained or incurred, or claims to suffer, sustain or incur, by way of and /or on account of the present offer.
Any disputes in relation to the goods/services must be addressed by the customers in writing to SPE directly and HP shall not entertain any communication in this regard.
HP shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that may be suffered, or for any personal loss or injury that may be suffered (including loss of life), to a customer, directly or indirectly, by use or non-use of the goods and/or any other products/services offered.
HP reserves the right to change/ modify/ withdraw/ suspend/cancel this offer without prior notice and without assigning any reason therefore
This redemption program is only for the end customers. Resellers are not eligible to participate in the program. Incase HP SPEs ask for certain details for establishment of purchase transaction, the claimant has to provide the same in order to authentication of claim
This offer is not applicable on promoted stocks.
HP's decision will be final in deciding the eligibility criteria and no communication shall be entertained in this regard.
All disputes are subject to Delhi jurisdiction
