1. Definitions
"Eligible Product" means HP product originating from the Promoter , coded with the following:

Officejet 6700 Premium e-All-in-One,
Officejet 7000,
Officejet 7500a Wide Format,
Officejet Pro 8000,
Officejet Pro 8100 e-Printer,
Officejet Pro 8500,
Officejet Pro 8500 Wireless,
Officejet Pro 8500a,
Officejet Pro 8500a PLUS Wireless,
Officejet Pro 8600 e-All-in-One,
Officejet Pro 8600 Plus e-All-in-One,
Officejet Pro K8600,
Officejet Pro K8600dn
"End User" is a Participant who purchases an eligible product for his, her or its own personal use in , and not for resale or re-supply or export.
"Participant" means a resident of who purchases an eligible product(s) from an HP reseller or business partner in during the Promotional period and is the end user of that Product. "Product" means any HP product model mentioned within the terms and conditions.
"Promoter" means Hewlett-Packard Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 74 004 394 763) of 31-41 Joseph Street, Blackburn, Victoria, 3130.
The "Promotional Period" commences on 01 March 2011 and ends on 31 October 2011 ("Promotional Period"). All entries must be received by 5pm EST 30 November 2011. Participant(s) will forfeit claims not made by this date.
The Extension "Promotional Period" commences on 01 November 2011 and ends on 30 April 2012 ("Promotional Period"). All entries must be received by 5pm EST 30 May 2012. Participant(s) will forfeit claims not made by this date.
2. Information on how to enter and Promotion details form part of these terms and conditions.
3. This Promotion is not available with any other offer, excluding HP cash back offers. The Promoter reserves the right to reduce the refund amount by any cash back claim already made on the product as determined by the tax invoice.
4. To enter this Promotion the Participant must register for a refund online within 30 days of the purchase date as stated on the Tax Invoice. The Promoter will arrange for a courier to pick up the eligible HP product along with a photocopy of the original tax invoice (no hand written receipts). Once validated the Promoter will refund the Participant in full for the total purchase price of the eligible product.
5. The returning product can only be picked up from the Participant’s address.
6. The payments will be made by electronic bank transfer or by Cheque within 75 days after receipt of the return product at the warehouse.
7. A maximum of three product(s) per Participant can be returned as determined by ABN.
8. All required information must be supplied online, including ABN, serial number and bar code from the product box.
9. The returned product must be in a saleable condition, undamaged and must include all original packaging and accessories (including ink cartridges, other detachable parts, manuals, network adapter, CDs, cables, etc).
10. The Promoter reserves the right to modify or extend the closing date and criteria of the Promotion at its discretion.
11. Entry is only open to Participants. Employees of the Promoter, participating agents and their agencies associated with this Promotion and their immediate families are ineligible to enter. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of each entry. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any Participant or person tampering with the entry process.
12. The Promoters decision on all matters pertaining to this Promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into, except as otherwise stated in these terms and conditions.
13. Liability for any tax on any refunds awarded to a Participant pursuant to this Promotion shall be the sole responsibility of the Participant. It is recommended that Participants contact their own accountant or taxation advisor in this regard.
14. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including, without limitation, indirect, consequential or economic loss), or for a personal injury suffered or sustained, as a result of participation in this Promotion, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
