Boost energy efficiency to drive savings
Today's HP inkjet all-in-ones and printers use less energy than previous models, helping you lower your home energy bills. When you are using an HP printer or all-in-one, you can be confident you are saving money, because the products themselves are designed to consume less energy. HP also works to reduce the energy consumption of a product while it is not being used. Many HP printers and all-in-ones automatically move into sleep mode to reduce power consumption after brief periods of inactivity. And most require less than 1 watt of power in off mode.

ENERGY STAR qualified HP printers highlight the savings potential, using less energy than predecessors — the HP Deskjet D2600 printer uses 30 percent less, the HP Photosmart C4600 all-in-one printer uses 32 percent less, and the HP Deskjet F4400 printer uses 55 percent less energy.

Not only is the printer ENERGY STAR qualified, it decreases power consumption by 30 percent compared with predecessors. The printer is also made from 50 percent recycled plastic material, making it a great choice for reducing your environmental impact. And the HP Deskjet D2600 printer — along with the HP DeskJet F4400 and HP Photosmart C4600 printers — uses
HP 60 inkjet cartridges made of 50 percent recycled plastic in the cartridge body.
HP offers many features that enable you to reduce paper consumption, such as automatic or manual two-sided printing.
